In the event of an erroneous donation or a donor’s wish to cancel, the Foundation will respond within 30 working days of a valid refund request. The timely refund depends on the credit card/banking instrument used. The donor must send a written refund request within 1 day of the donation to Social Miracle Charitable Foundation’s official address or email at info@socialmiracle.org, including the payment receipt and necessary details.
